Yuko Kominami

*1973, Japan
After trained in butoh and dance in Tokyo (JPN), she studied at Laban Centre in London (UK) from 1998 to 2000. She has danced in several performances in Tokyo, London and Luxembourg. She currently lives in Luxembourg.
“My dance aims to make the intense existence of body emerge in the here and now. That is where the punctum bubbles up and the energy flows into nomadic movement. So it is a celebration.”
